Job Profile

  • Providing customers with technical and professional advice through a combination of practical experience and casting process simulation
  • Assisting customers with the design and optimization of castings and casting processes
  • Regular customer visits to provide support and assist with the optimization of casting processes on-site
  • Close collaboration with the development department on the conceptual advancement and quality assurance of the software
  • Supervision and technical support for ongoing research and development projects

Candidate Profile

  • A college degree in foundry engineering, metallurgy, or engineering, with relevant professional experience in the foundry sector
  • Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship in foundry technology with relevant continuing education and professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in die casting
  • Strong understanding of processes and in-depth knowledge of materials
  • Practical knowledge of casting process simulation is desirable
  • Experience collaborating with other departments and managing your own projects
  • Very good command of German and English
