Job Profile
- Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of all electrical systems
- Motivation, management, and development of employees (m/f/d) based on effective leadership principles
- Responsibility for the electrical equipment including commissioning
- Troubleshooting and optimizing processes
- Collaboration and coordination with the production management and the maintenance team
- Maintaining service logs
- Coordination and support for suppliers, customers, and auditors
- Compliance with all operational safety and accident prevention regulations
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical training, ideally as an electronical technician for industrial engineering including subsequent further training as a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical maintenance of systems, preferably in a foundry environment
- Proven track record in leading and managing employees (m/f/d)
- Solid knowledge in implementing maintenance, servicing, and repair measures for production and manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with standard safety precautions and workplace safety topics
- Strong commitment to quality and safety
- Proficient in MS Office programs and ERP systems (e.g., proAlpha)
