Job Profile

Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team in the area of responsibility
Ensuring efficient, punctual, and cost-optimized production processes
Responsibility for productivity, quality, and process stability including continuous improvement measures
Forward-looking personnel deployment planning in coordination with production control
Selection, qualification, and development of employees
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal standards and guidelines

Candidate Profile

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, (industrial) engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in production, ideally in the field of cast components or complex mechanical parts
Extensive leadership experience with a modern, goal-oriented leadership style
Strong technical understanding combined with business management know-how
Experience in budget management as well as analysis and control of key figures
Decisiveness, assertiveness, as well as empathy and team orientation
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
Good English skills are an advantage
