Job Profile
- Analysis of the market with regard to potential customers, as well as planning and implementation of sustainable sales strategies to secure and expand market position
- Acquisition of new customers as well as support and targeted development of existing key accounts
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of customer, competitor, market, and trend developments
- Processing customer inquiries as well as preparing and consistently following up on offers
- Participation in and review of calculations as well as preparation of technical offer presentations
- Negotiation and implementation of customer contracts and confidentiality agreements
- Preparation of forecasts and sales reports
- Implementation and regular adjustment of sales planning for subsequent years
- Close cooperation with and coordination of all internal departments, in particular with project management
- Planning, organization, and implementation of sales and marketing activities for customer acquisition and retention
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in engineering or business administration or comparable knowledge and skills
- Alternatively, completed technical vocational training with further training as a master craftsman or technician (all genders)
- Several years of professional experience in the sale of products requiring explanation in the national and international arena
- Existing network and good contacts in the relevant business areas
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers and new projects
- Experience in customer service and retention as well as in the development of modern sales strategies
- Know-how in the development and manufacture of die-cast components and the calculation of technical products
- Good knowledge of contracts and contract negotiation
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good German and English skills
