Job Profile

Responsibility for the smooth operation of the molding plant and sand processing in terms of technical, personnel, and organizational aspects
Motivation, management, and development of employees (all genders) according to the principles of effective leadership
Planning, control, and optimization of production processes in terms of quality and quantity
Planning, coordination, and control of process chains—from the technical idea to practical implementation
Continuous improvement of cost structures, throughput, productivity, and product quality
Initiation and implementation of innovative solutions and technical projects to strengthen market position
Evaluation and active management of key performance indicators

Candidate Profile

Completed engineering degree in the field of foundry technology, metallurgy, or materials engineering
Alternatively, completed foundry training with further training as a master craftsman/technician (all genders)
Professional experience in a production role within a foundry, preferably with responsibility for teams or departments
In-depth expertise in sand processing and in the operation and control of molding systems
Extensive experience in process improvement, including through lean approaches, value stream methodology, and continuous optimization projects
Familiarity with accident prevention, occupational safety, and environmental protection regulations
Confident use of MS Office programs and ERP solutions
Proven track record in managing and supervising employees (all genders) desirable
Very good German and English language skills
