Job Profile

Technical supervision and mentoring of a team of seven employees (m/f/d)
Independent organization and management of complex infrastructure projects in civil engineering
Site supervision to ensure smooth project execution in energy and utility supply
Review of construction invoices, cost monitoring, and handling of billing-related documents
Support in preparing technical tender documents and selecting external partners
Establishment and maintenance of processes to meet safety and quality standards on construction sites
Cooperation with related departments, especially technical planning
Detailed documentation of project progress and relevant construction workflows

Candidate Profile

Degree in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure or comparable qualifications
Solid practical and theoretical experience in civil infrastructure projects
Initial leadership experience is a plus
Driver’s license (Class B) is required
Proficient in common software tools, such as SAP and MS Office
Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
Structured, analytical work style combined with strong cost-awareness and responsibility
