Job Profile

Ensuring and monitoring production and equipment availability
Motivating, managing and developing employees (m/f/d) according to effective leadership principles
Continuous monitoring and optimization of processes and systematic workflows (KVP)
Ensuring optimal cooperation with production departments
Monitoring compliance with procedural, work, and operating instructions

Candidate Profile

Completed technical vocational training with further qualification, e.g., as an industrial mechanic with further training to master or technician (m/f/d)
Business administration knowledge is an advantage
Several years of leadership experience in a comparable production function, preferably in hardening or coating
Experience in managing and leading employees (m/f/d)
Knowledge in applying relevant methods to promote problem-solving skills (in teams)
Familiarity with common safety precautions and occupational safety topics
High quality and safety awareness
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
Very good German language skills
