Job Profile

  • Performing production tasks on machines and systems under your own responsibility in compliance with the applicable quality guidelines
  • Safe and proper operation of the molding system
  • Regular care, maintenance and cleaning to ensure trouble-free machine operation
  • Preparing and converting machines and systems for the respective production process
  • Controlling and managing material preparation, especially in the area of sand processing
  • Inserting cores in accordance with production specifications
  • Efficiently replacing mould models during product changes
  • Active participation in the analysis and optimization of existing production processes
  • Strict compliance with safety, environmental and health regulations in the workplace
  • Responsibility for smooth plant operation in terms of order, functionality and production quality

Candidate Profile

  • Completed training in a related professional field, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Technical interest and good understanding of modern production technologies
  • Structured, conscientious and independent way of working as well as high resilience
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • High degree of reliability, flexibility, personal responsibility and team spirit
