Job Profile

  • Analyzing the market with regard to potential customers and planning and implementing sustainable sales strategies to secure and expand market position
  • Acquiring new customers and supporting and developing existing key accounts
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing sales and marketing activities to win new projects and achieve financial targets
  • Preparing forecasts and sales reports
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through sustainable business relationships and understanding of customer needs
  • Coordinating product and process developments to secure and expand competitive advantages
  • Continuous market, customer, and competition monitoring to identify business opportunities and risks at an early stage

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Further training in the form of an MBA, MIB, or master’s degree is an advantage
  • Relevant professional experience in key account management in the automotive supply industry
  • Existing network and good contacts in the relevant business areas
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and new projects
  • Understanding of the functionality of automotive components
  • Expertise in dealing with customer systems and methodological competence
  • Good knowledge of contracts and contract negotiation
  • Intercultural competence
  • Fluent German and English, Spanish an advantage
