Job Profile
- Analyzing the market with regard to potential customers and planning and implementing sustainable sales strategies to secure and expand market position
- Acquiring new customers and supporting and developing existing key accounts
- Planning, organizing, and implementing sales and marketing activities to win new projects and achieve financial targets
- Preparing forecasts and sales reports
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through sustainable business relationships and understanding of customer needs
- Coordinating product and process developments to secure and expand competitive advantages
- Continuous market, customer, and competition monitoring to identify business opportunities and risks at an early stage
Candidate Profile
- Degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Further training in the form of an MBA, MIB, or master’s degree is an advantage
- Relevant professional experience in key account management in the automotive supply industry
- Existing network and good contacts in the relevant business areas
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers and new projects
- Understanding of the functionality of automotive components
- Expertise in dealing with customer systems and methodological competence
- Good knowledge of contracts and contract negotiation
- Intercultural competence
- Fluent German and English, Spanish an advantage
