Job Profile
- Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the foundry team
- Ensuring trouble-free production operations considering quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations
- Analysis, control, and continuous improvement of production processes
- Support in implementing new technologies and manufacturing processes
- Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of relevant production metrics
- Close cooperation with interface departments to continuously improve processes and product quality
Candidate Profile
- Completed training in foundry technology or a comparable qualification, further training as industrial foreman (all genders) foundry preferred
- Extensive practical experience in foundry work, ideally with initial leadership skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership qualities, and solution-oriented working style
- Routine in handling key performance indicators
- ERP knowledge advantageous
