Job Profile

  • Organization, control and continuous optimization of mechanical maintenance processes
  • Daily assessment of the system status as well as planning and implementation of necessary maintenance and repair measures
  • Leading, supporting and scheduling the maintenance team, including holiday coordination Vacation coordination
  • Ensuring machine availability through preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting
  • Documentation of safety-relevant documents such as operating instructions and risk assessments
  • Reviewing and improving technical processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Compliance with all company safety and accident prevention regulations
  • Interface to production management, close cooperation with related departments

Candidate Profile

  • Completed technical training with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
  • Multiple years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the foundry industry
  • Experience in managing and guiding employees (m/f/d) and strong communication skills
  • Founded technical understanding of complex machine and plant technology
  • Skilled in the use of maintenance software and common Office applications
  • Self-initiative, A sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
  • Enjoyment in the further development and optimization of processes as well as working in a team
  • Knowledge of occupational safety
  • Willingness to work in shifts
