Position Profile

Responsibility for strategic maintenance and servicing of all mechanical and electrical systems
Motivating, leading, and developing team members according to effective leadership principles
Planning, implementing, and managing preventive maintenance, including personnel planning
Ensuring machine and equipment availability
Procurement of maintenance materials in collaboration with purchasing
Continuous monitoring and optimization of processes and systematic workflows (CIP)
Ensuring optimal collaboration with production departments
Monitoring compliance with procedural, work, and operational instructions
Participation in planning and implementation of investment projects

Candidate Profile

Completed technical education, ideally as an industrial mechanic with further qualification as master or technician (m/f/d)
Business management knowledge is a plus
Several years of leadership experience in maintenance, preferably in milling or machining
Experience in managing and guiding employees
Familiarity with problem-solving methods and team-based improvement initiatives
Solid understanding of safety protocols and occupational health regulations
Strong quality and safety awareness
Knowledge in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, PLC programming, and pneumatics
Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is desirable
Fluent German language skills required
