Job Profile

• Overall responsibility for managing and directing the Finance, Accounting & Controlling departments, including involvement in daily operations
• Advising the management in all operational and financial matters
• Ensuring a modern and efficient personnel management system
• Leading, motivating, and developing employees in line with effective leadership principles
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS for reporting to the parent company
• Monitoring liquidity and company targets, including variance analysis
• Analyzing business performance and improving accounting valuations (inventory, assets, receivables, risk provisions)
• Regular interaction with auditors and tax advisors
• Collaboration with the European headquarters

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Finance and Controlling
• Alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a business economist
• Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and controlling in a manufacturing company
• Expertise in budget planning, variance analysis, and reporting
• Experience preparing financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS
• Knowledge of cost accounting systems and experience in calculations and forecasts
• Understanding of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
• Personnel management experience is a plus
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and English; Italian is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial and process-oriented financial expert with a confident and professional demeanor
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand strategic and operational contexts and articulate their financial impacts
• Approachable and respectful leadership personality with strong communication skills and a cooperative approach
