Job Profile

• Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of all mechanical and electrical systems in production
• Motivation, leadership, and development of employees in line with effective leadership principles
• Ensuring the availability of machinery and equipment
• Planning, implementation, and control of preventive maintenance as well as major repairs
• Preparation of an annual investment and budget plan
• Continuous optimization of processes and systematic maintenance workflows
• Responsibility for maintenance material inventory including procurement
• Planning and coordination of maintenance activities in consultation with internal departments
• Monitoring compliance with procedural, work, and operational instructions
• Ensuring adherence to legal and internal occupational safety, health protection, and environmental regulations

Candidate Profile

• Completed engineering degree or alternatively, vocational training as an industrial mechanic or electrician with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• Business management knowledge is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in metal processing or machining
• Experience in leading and managing employees (m/f/d)
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance, servicing, and repair measures for production and manufacturing systems
• Expertise in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Familiarity with common safety measures and accident prevention regulations
• Solid experience working with an ERP system
