line-height: 1.5;\"><b style=\"font-family: Open Sans Regular; font-size: 13px; color: #757575;\">Candidate Profile<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Open Sans Regular; font-size: 13px;\">\n<li>Completed engineering degree in foundry technology, process engineering, or mechanical engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional experience in process engineering in aluminum casting (die casting, low-pressure casting, or gravity permanent mold casting)<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of foundry technology, metallurgy, materials science, and simulation software<\/li>\n<li>Know-how in tool design and tool cooling<\/li>\n<li>Experience with thermal simulations, preferably casting simulations using MAGMA software<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the design and optimization of complex systems and manufacturing processes<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Lean Production, Continuous Improvement, Shopfloor and Change Management<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with automotive supplier industry regulations<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural competence with practical experience in internationally operating corporate groups<\/li>\n<li>Fluent German and English skills;
