font-size: 13px; color: #757575;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Job Profile<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Open Sans Regular; font-size: 13px;\">\n<li>Manage and implement projects to improve efficiency in casting processes and adjacent production steps<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and initiating appropriate measures<\/li>\n<li>Support in new projects, including technical presentations and participation in project meetings<\/li>\n<li>Accompany customer visits and provide on-site technical consulting<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to optimization measures to improve quality, costs, and casting production processes<\/li>\n<li>Independently resolve system malfunctions in cooperation with maintenance or the manufacturer<\/li>\n<li>Conduct error analyses, define and implement sustainable solutions for process improvement<\/li>\n<li>Advise on planning, procurement, and commissioning of new production equipment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and communicate between production, project management, and quality departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 14px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><b style=\"font-family: Open Sans Regular; font-size: 13px; color: #757575;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Candidate Profile<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Open Sans Regular; font-size: 13px;\">\n<li>Completed engineering degree, preferably in foundry technology, process engineering, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent knowledge and skills<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, completed comparable vocational training with further qualification as master craftsman or technician (all genders)<\/li>\n<li>Extensive professional experience in production-related roles within the foundry industry, ideally in aluminum casting<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of casting methods such as low-pressure and\/or sand casting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning, designing, and improving complex manufacturing systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Confident handling of series production workflows and automotive industry requirements, especially sampling and release processes<\/li>\n<li>Initial experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of X-ray technology is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with common quality management methods and tools<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific IT systems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent German skills and good English skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 14px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><b style=\"font-family: Open Sans Regular;
