Job Profile

  • Overall responsibility for the technical management and control of the finance, accounting, and controlling departments
  • Advising management on all operational and financial matters
  • Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS for quarterly reporting to the Indian listed parent company
  • Monitoring the company’s liquidity and targets, and analyzing the causes of any deviations from targets
  • Analysis of business development and improvement of accounting valuation items (management of inventories, assets, receivables, and risk provisions)
  • Ongoing interaction with auditors and tax advisors
  • Collaboration with the European headquarters in Italy

Candidate Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on finance and controlling
  • Alternatively, completed commercial vocational training with further training in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as in controlling at a manufacturing industrial company
  • Expertise in budget planning, target/actual analyses, and reporting
  • Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFR
  • Familiarity with cost accounting systems and with performing calculations and forecasts
  • Expertise in accounting regulations according to IFRS and HGB
  • Confident use of ERP and MS Office (especially Excel)
